Displays the sales and labour cost percentages calculated over the past year and provides the ‘line of best fit’ used in calculations
Is only applicable to labour department that have pre-configured calculation methods to sales departments.
Some labour departments (such as administration) may not be applicable, and hence will not be displayed.
Each applicable labour department is displayed as ‘points’ (one for each day) and a ‘line of best fit’.
This provides the basis of the calculation methods where days of higher sales volume are expected to achieve lower labour cost percentages (and vice versa).
The R2 percentage indicates how closely the ‘line of best fit’ represents all the points
